We collect personal data (name, phone, email, BVN/NIN) solely for identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
2. Data Usage
Your data is used exclusively for: account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service delivery. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All personal data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data is stored on secure servers with access controls. Biometric data (BVN/NIN) is hashed and cannot be reverse-engineered.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion, withdraw consent, and file complaints with NITDA. Contact: privacy@redcitix.com
5. Data Retention
Transaction records are retained for 7 years (CBN requirement). Account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure.
